Doesn’t this look colourful and fresh ? I’m sure you’d agree. This appealing platter was served by ITC’s resort hotel by the European Resturant called India Room.
Prepared with the best of ingredients and farm fresh vegetables as the name suggests. Consisting of asparagus, mushrooms , broccoli, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, tomato purée as the base and the stand out flavours. The chef has used tomato gel made from strained tomatoes, red cabbage purée with Apple and cranberries and feta cheese to top it all.
Loved this absolutely stunning and delicious dish.

Her hands reached out in anticipation,
holding her back, he said to her
is it me you’re looking for ?
nothing else matters,
let me slip into your world,
together make our world green
ramble near the countryside in our dream.
Galloping he was, dressed in crimson to kill,
hooves, roaring like thunderstorms,
with a double-edged sword in one hand,
luck of a clover in the other
nothing could stop him or harm his reins.
he is the lion himself,
he is the one who will conquer his destiny!
The reason some of us love to read and write poetry isn’t because it’s cool. It’s funny how at times we are judged by people with their version of made up stories.
But the truth is, we read and write poetry because we are humans, and as humans our biggest achievement is to inspire others. Even if it’s one person in our lifetime.
How is our real lives, filled with emotion, passion, courage and learning, any different from the hidden realities of poetry?
