Farm Fresh vegetables 

Doesn’t this look colourful and fresh ? I’m sure you’d agree. This appealing platter was served by ITC’s resort hotel by the European Resturant called India Room. 

Prepared with the best of ingredients and farm fresh vegetables as the name suggests. Consisting of asparagus, mushrooms , broccoli, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, tomato purée as the base and the stand out flavours. The chef has used tomato gel made from strained tomatoes, red cabbage purée with Apple and cranberries and feta cheese to top it all. 

Loved this absolutely stunning and delicious dish.
